1. How do I enter?
The competition to win book vouchers (“the Competition”) is a competition available at Randstad.co.uk. Participation in the Competition requires submission of a form response through the relevant link on our website between 6th March 2020 and 3rd April 2020. Every eligible response submitted between 6th March 2020 and 3rd April 2020 will receive an automatic entry into the prize draw as long as a phone number or email address is provided. By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
There is no cost to enter the Competition. The Competition is promoted by Randstad UK Holding Limited (“Randstad”) of 450 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LU.
2. When can I enter?
The Competition starts on 6th March 2020 and 3rd April 2020 at 11.59 pm. The website will be available after the closing date but no entries received after the closing date will be valid for the Prize (as defined below). The Winners will be selected by an independently verified computer system. All entries must be made using a valid email address.
3. Who is eligible?
The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland who are aged 18 or over at the point of submitting their form response through the relevant link on our website.
Persons under 18; persons residing other than in the UK and Northern Ireland; and employees of Randstad or companies within the Randstad Group and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Prize.
4. What is the Prize?
The Prize consists of:
1st Prize: £100 book vouchers and 2 large cushions
2nd Prize: £50 book vouchers and 2 large cushions
3rd Prize: £25 book vouchers and 2 large cushions
The Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. We are unable to accept any responsibility for entries that are damaged, incomplete, corrupted, or not received by Randstad.
5. How will I know if I have won?
The Prize Winners will be notified by email to the address provided upon registration within 10 days of the closing date. The Winners must contact their local Randstad Education office within 48 hours of receiving notification. When contacting Randstad, the Winners must confirm that they meet all of the eligibility requirements for the Prize to which they are entitled. If the Winners fail to respond to the email within 48 hours, the Winner(s) will forfeit their Prize and Randstad will award the Prize to another participant that has been selected using the independently verified computer system.
It is a condition of entry and eligibility for the Prize that the Winners take part in publicity: posts on our social media pages and website announcing them as the winners.
The names and towns of residence of the Winners will be available from Randstad 60 days after the closing date.
In the event that any Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Randstad, a reasonable alternative will be provided.
6. How will we use your data?
Randstad will share the personal data that you provide to us in the course of entering the Competition for the purposes of administration and sales and marketing. Your personal data may be transferred to other companies within the same Group as Randstad. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties however it will be shared with third parties we use for the purposes mentioned above.
7. Governing law and Jurisdiction
The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
