All our practical training is delivered in a classroom environment in our local branches by our experienced trainers. These courses have ongoing practical assessment by your trainer and/or a test at the end and on successful completion, candidates will receive certification.

Randstad Care training also offers you the theoretical knowledge you need to gain the Care Certificate. The Care Certificate is the start of a career in Health and Social Care and although the Care Certificate is designed for new staff, it also offers opportunities for existing staff to refresh or improve their knowledge.
