The Role
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the senior management team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the day-to-day management of the site.
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
Coordinating with subcontractors and trades.
Maintaining a safe working environment and upholding all health and safety regulations.
Overseeing quality control and site inspections.
What We're Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a site management role is essential.
Specialist Knowledge: Proven experience with timber frame construction is a must.
Qualifications: You must hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid ticket.
Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
