As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations and activities.
- Supporting the management of subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitoring progress against project schedules and budgets, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on site.
- Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
- Assisting in the coordination of site logistics, materials, and equipment.
- Contributing to regular site meetings, providing updates, and assisting in the resolution of issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a construction-related role, ideally as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
- Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
