As an Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the site management team to ensure the successful delivery of internal packages on our high-value project. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance your career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the Site Manager in resolving any site issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a construction-related role, preferably as an Assistant Site Manager or similar.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
