We've teamed up with an excellent school in the WF10 area to find a passionate Teaching Assistant. This is a chance to make a lasting impact on young learners and become a valued part of the school community.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting teachers with their daily lessons and classroom activities.
Providing extra help to pupils, both one-on-one and in small groups.
Assisting with classroom management to promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Preparing and organising learning materials and resources.
Supervising pupils during various school activities and breaks.
Keeping accurate records of how students are progressing.
Working closely with other staff members to support the school's educational goals.
Who We're Looking For
We're on the hunt for a dedicated and skilled individual! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:
A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or relevant experience in a school.
A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a UK primary school.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A good understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
The ability to be highly organised and manage your time well.
A kind, patient, and understanding approach to working with children.
The ability to work as a collaborative team player.
A firm dedication to safeguarding and child protection.
