Job Title: Experienced Bricklayer Needed
Location: Gravesend, Kent
An established construction firm is currently seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality bricklaying services for various projects in the Gravesend area.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled bricklaying duties including laying bricks, blocks, and other materials to construct and repair structures.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of brickwork.
- Cut, shape, and align bricks and blocks using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bricklayer in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Valid Blue CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card is essential.
