Classroom Assistants Needed in Crosby.

- Pay Rate: Up to £14.25 per hour
- Location: Crosby, Sefton
- Start Date: ASAP / Flexible starts available
Must Haves:
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging daily lessons.
- Working 1-on-1 with pupils to improve literacy and numeracy skills.
- Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assisting with the setup and organisation of educational resources.
- Providing emotional and social support to children within a care framework.
- Supervising students during break times and school excursions.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to senior staff.
- Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all learners.
