What You'll Be Doing
Supporting teachers in their daily lesson delivery.
Helping pupils with their learning, both individually and in groups.
Assisting with behaviour support to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom.
Getting learning resources and materials ready for the day.
Supervising students during activities and breaks to ensure their safety.
Maintaining accurate records of student progress.
Working closely with all school staff to help achieve shared goals.
Who We're Looking For
We're on the lookout for a committed and compassionate individual! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a UK primary school.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A solid grasp of the primary curriculum and child development.
The ability to stay organized and manage your time well.
A kind, patient, and understanding attitude.
The ability to work effectively as a key team member.
A strong dedication to safeguarding and child protection.
