What Your Day Looks Like
You'll be the guiding force for students across KS3, KS4, and KS5 (ages 11-18). Your mission is to maintain a productive learning environment when teachers are absent.
Classroom Lead: Supervise lessons across multiple subjects using pre-set work.
Zero Planning: Focus purely on student engagement and behavior management-no marking or lesson prep required!
Behavior Expert: Use your confidence to uphold school standards and keep students on-task.
Handover Hero: Register attendance and leave clear notes for returning staff to ensure continuity.
Are You the Right Fit?
The school is looking for someone who can "hit the ground running." You should have:
Natural Authority: The confidence to lead a room of secondary students.
Strong Rapport: The ability to communicate effectively and build respect with teenagers.
Previous Experience: Any background in coaching, youth work, or school support is highly valued.
March Availability: Ready to commit to a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 am - 3:30 pm approx).
Clearance: A Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one immediately).
