Cover Supervisor- Bootle
We are actively seeking dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our team in Bootle.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, your primary role is to supervise and manage a classroom when a teacher is absent. You won't be required to plan or mark lessons; your main focus will be on the smooth running of the classroom. Your responsibilities include:
- Supervising students as they complete work that has been pre-set by the absent teacher.
- Managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and effective learning environment, following the school's behavioural policies.
- Answering student questions about the set work and keeping them focused and on-task.
- Handling immediate problems or emergencies in line with school policies.
- Collecting completed work at the end of the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher.
- Reporting back to the teacher on student behaviour and any issues that arose during the lesson.
