Your Role in the Classroom:
Step in as a leader when a teacher is absent. You'll be the one keeping the learning on track and the energy positive. Your duties will be to:
- Proactively manage the classroom, ensuring a productive and safe environment.
- Deliver pre-planned work and ensure all students are engaged and on task.
- Be a go-to person for student questions and provide calm, helpful support.
- Uphold school policies to maintain a respectful and orderly atmosphere.
- Provide a clear and concise report on the lesson's progress for the regular teacher.
