What You'll Be Doing
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into a classroom and lead a pre-set lesson. This is not a teaching role, but a crucial one that requires you to:
- Manage the classroom to ensure students are focused and well-behaved.
- Facilitate learning by distributing materials and guiding students through the assigned work.
- Support students by answering questions and keeping them on task.
- Report back to the teaching staff on the progress of the class.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in working with young people.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK.
- An Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to get one-we can help).
- A confident and patient communicator.
- Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative.
- A driver with access to a vehicle is a plus.
