Cover Supervisors Needed in North Wales.
We are seeking adaptable and assertive Cover Supervisors to support our vibrant partner secondary schools across North Wales. This role is perfect for those who can step into a classroom with confidence, ensuring that student learning remains consistent and productive during the final term of the year.
Location: Across North Wales-Wrexham, Deeside, Rhyl, Prestatyn, and Colwyn Bay.
Start Date: After Easter.
Role Type: We offer both long-term placements and flexible day-to-day supply.
Must Haves:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one).
- Confidence in managing groups of 25-30 students.
Duties:
- Lead the classroom and ensure pre-set work is completed to a high standard.
- Maintain a safe and productive learning environment through effective behaviour management.
- Respond to student queries and provide guidance on assigned tasks.
- Collect completed work and provide detailed handover notes for the regular teacher.
- Ensure all school safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed.
