This is a supervisory and management role- you are the essential leader ensuring learning continues seamlessly in the absence of the teacher.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the class and manage secondary students (ages 11-16).
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons from the absent teacher.
- Hand out and collect learning materials.
- Take and record the class attendance register.
- Supervise students while they complete their tasks.
- Report lesson progress and any student issues to the teacher.
- Ensure student safety and well-being.
