Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classes during teacher absence, ensuring a constructive and
productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities provided by classroom teachers.
- Manage student behavior effectively, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere
conducive to learning.
- Provide support and guidance to students as needed, fostering their engagement and
understanding of the curriculum.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth transition and continuity in lesson
delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a Cover
Supervisor or Teaching Assistant.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subjects and year groups.
- A genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.
