This role is perfect for those considering a career in teaching, recent graduates, or experienced professionals who enjoy working with young people and maintaining a purposeful learning environment.

Behaviour Management: Effectively implement the school's behaviour policy, maintaining a positive and orderly working atmosphere and dealing with any immediate issues or incidents promptly and according to school procedures.
Support Learning: Respond to general queries from students regarding the pre-set work, helping them access materials and stay engaged, but without providing subject-specific teaching.
Administrative Duties: Register student attendance and leave detailed, accurate notes for the returning teacher regarding the lesson progress, work completed, and any specific student behaviour issues.
School Ethos: Act as a positive role model, promoting the school's values and maintaining high expectations for all students.
