Randstad Education is thrilled to partner with a high-achieving Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) across London. We are currently looking for a reliable, "on-the-day" Cover Supervisor to support dynamic secondary schools in and around Wimbledon.

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, your mission is simple: ensure learning never stops. You aren't there to plan the curriculum; you're there to lead the room.
- Be the Specialist: Stay ready for early morning calls (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM) for same-day bookings.
- Lead the Lesson: Deliver pre-prepared content across all subjects-from Maths to Music, Science to Sociology.
- Command the Room: Maintain a calm, productive environment by upholding the school's behaviour policy.
- Join the Team: Work closely with supportive leadership teams within a prestigious MAT framework.
What You'll Need
- Ultimate Flexibility: You are the person we call when the clock is ticking. You must be available for short-notice bookings.
- Strong Presence: A confident, "take-charge" personality with the ability to build quick rapport with teenagers.
- Experience: A background in coaching, youth work, or tutoring is highly desirable.
- Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one).
