An outstanding secondary school in the Witham area is looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join their support team. This is the perfect role for a graduate looking to gain classroom experience before teacher training, or an experienced education professional who thrives on variety and challenge.
As a Cover Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of the school day-ensuring that learning never stops, even when the regular teacher is away.

Your Role:
As our Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Manage the Classroom: Ensure students remain on task and maintain a positive, productive learning environment.
- Deliver Pre-Set Work: Follow the instructions left by the regular teacher to ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively.
- Support Students: Provide 1:1 or small group guidance to help students understand their tasks.
- Uphold Standards: Follow the school's behavior policy consistently to ensure safety and respect.
