Core Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Supervising Pupils: Taking sole charge of classes (typically key stages 3 and 4) to ensure pupils remain engaged with the provided material.
Delivery of Work: Clearly explaining the pre-set tasks and managing the distribution/collection of resources.
Managing Behaviour: Applying the school's behaviour protocols effectively and respectfully.
Administrative Duties: Recording pupil attendance and reporting significant incidents to senior staff.
Supporting Learning: Providing general assistance regarding the set work (not acting as a subject specialist).
