Requirements
- More than 6 months experience in a customer service administrative role.
- Specific industry experience is preferred (but not essential).
- Candidates MUST drive and have access to a car for commuting purposes.
- Proven ability to stay calm, professional and focused when things get busy.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- High level of attention to detail and a care for getting things right.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks at once.
- Reliable and comfortable working within a structured, service-focused environment.
- Must be able to commit to a 9-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders from start to finish, including entering orders and invoicing.
- Providing support to internal and external Account Managers across all product lines.
- Keeping customers updated and handling day-to-day questions and clarifications.
- Following up on open orders, payments or any outstanding issues.
- Working closely with Business Development Managers and the Logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a professional and helpful approach to enhance the customer experience.
