About the Role
We are searching for a highly dedicated and imaginative EYFS Teacher (Nursery or Reception) who possesses a deep understanding of early childhood development. This role offers the chance to lead and inspire a class, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and positive start to school life.

Your Core Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing a rich, engaging, and developmentally appropriate curriculum that adheres to the EYFS Statutory Framework.
- Creating an enabling environment, both indoors and outdoors, that inspires exploration, investigation, and sustained shared thinking.
- Systematically observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress, using this data to tailor provision and maximise learning outcomes.
- Developing robust and trusting relationships with all children, promoting their self-regulation, independence, and social skills.
- Establishing excellent working relationships with parents/carers, inviting them to participate in their child's education and celebrating successes.
- Effectively deploying and directing support staff to enhance learning opportunities across the continuous provision.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety, care, and welfare are maintained in line with school safeguarding policies.
- Actively participating in whole-school initiatives and collaborative planning sessions within the EYFS team.
What We're Looking For
We seek an exceptional practitioner who is passionate about delivering excellence in the Early Years.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Significant, recent experience teaching in a Nursery or Reception setting.
- Expert knowledge of child development and the ability to confidently articulate the rationale behind a play-based approach.
- Proven ability to plan effectively for the needs of all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEND) or English as an Additional Language (EAL).
- A highly creative flair and enthusiasm for incorporating storytelling, music, and physical development into daily learning.
- Outstanding communication skills, demonstrating warmth, clarity, and professionalism with adults and children alike.
- A proactive, reflective attitude and a strong commitment to team collaboration.
