About the Role

Your Roles and Responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering a broad, balanced, and creative curriculum tailored to the individual needs of children aged 3-5.
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment that stimulates curiosity and independent exploration.
• Observing, assessing, and recording children's development and progress accurately, using this information to inform future planning.
• Establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationships with parents/carers, ensuring effective communication about their child's progress.
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other colleagues to ensure a high standard of care and education.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding policies, and best practices in early childhood education.
• Contributing positively to the wider life and ethos of the school.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a truly passionate educator who embodies the spirit of early years teaching.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Proven experience teaching within the EYFS setting.
• A comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and excellent pedagogical knowledge.
• The ability to create engaging, fun, and purposeful learning experiences through play.
• Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young children.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to inclusion and meeting the needs of all learners.
