About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our fantastic team. This is a chance to make a profound impact, instilling a lifelong love of learning in our youngest pupils.

Your Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering a broad, balanced, and creative curriculum tailored to the individual needs of children aged 3-5.
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment that stimulates curiosity and independent exploration.
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's development and progress accurately, using this information to inform future planning.
- Establishing and maintaining positive, professional relationships with parents/carers, ensuring effective communication about their child's progress.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other colleagues to ensure a high standard of care and education.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding policies, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Contributing positively to the wider life and ethos of the school.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a truly passionate educator who embodies the spirit of early years teaching.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Proven experience teaching within the EYFS setting.
- A comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and excellent pedagogical knowledge.
- The ability to create engaging, fun, and purposeful learning experiences through play.
- Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young children.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine commitment to inclusion and meeting the needs of all learners.
