As an Early Career Teacher, you will be supported by consultants and staff within the setting. You will be leading classes, presenting lesson plans ensuring all students are engaged and learning, managing the classroom effectively and working closely with the teaching assistant.

the requirements:
- (Must) Hold QTS qualification or equivalent.
- (Must) Hold eligibility to work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad).
- Previous experience teaching in KS1/ KS2.
- Have a passion for education and supporting young learners.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
