Responsibilities
- Examine floatation devices, life rafts, and valves to ensure they are in proper working condition.
They conduct regular inspections, identify any damages or malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs or replacements. - Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the floatation devices and valves in optimal condition.
This includes cleaning, lubricating, and conducting preventive maintenance procedures according to manufacturer guidelines. - Diagnose the issues and carry out repairs. Replace faulty parts, fix leaks, or address other technical problems using specialized tools and equipment.
- Ensure proper installation and perform thorough testing to verify functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
- Documentation and compliance: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
- Legally able to work in the Netherlands, preferable living close to our facility
- Mechanical maintenance is an asset
