Role Highlights:
- Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for our little ones, ensuring tailored learning goals and accommodations are met.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, engagement, and social-emotional development. π³π§π½π¦π»
- Use a variety of creative teaching strategies, resources, and playful assertive technologies to support diverse learning styles and abilities. ππ
- Collaborate closely with parents/guardians, EYFS staff, and external professionals to provide comprehensive support and maintain effective communication channels. π€π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦
- Monitor our adorable little ones' progress, conduct assessments, and share heartwarming feedback with students and their families. ππ
- Foster a sense of belonging and empathy among our little explorers, promoting an inclusive and joyful learning community. πβ€οΈ
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status and relevant certifications in special education or SEN.
- Proven experience working with young learners, preferably in an EYFS setting.
- In-depth knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with our little explorers, parents, and EYFS colleagues. π
- Patience, empathy, and an authentic passion for supporting the holistic development of our youngest learners with special needs. π±
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the ever-evolving needs of our little stars and the broader educational landscape.
