Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment that sparks curiosity and promotes the development of each child.
Plan and implement a creative curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils, ensuring progress across all areas of learning.
Work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure the overall development and well-being of the children.
Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child's progress.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development milestones.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated school team.
