Ready to make a real difference in the lives of children? Randstad is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Carlisle and West Cumbria. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your skills while earning a competitive hourly rate of £15-£16! Immediate start available.
ExperienceExperience working with children with disabilities and/or autism is essential. Peg feeding experience is also required.
Skills- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to implement care plans effectively
- Personal care assistance (including peg feeding)
- Strong record-keeping abilities
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
- PMVA (BILD) certification
- Mandatory training certificates
- Enhanced DBS check (on the update service)
- Competitive hourly rate (£15-£16)
