The Role
As a General Cover Supply Teacher, you will be crucial in maintaining the school's Positive Learning Strategy and ensuring continuity of education during staff absence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (KS4), and Key Stage 5 (KS5).
Maintaining the high standards of classroom control and fostering a purposeful atmosphere consistent with the school's Vision and Virtues.
Promoting Character Development and reinforcing the school's values throughout the day.
Utilising resources available for remote learning and supporting students with literacy, revision, and homework tracking.
Adhering strictly to all school policies, especially those concerning Safeguarding and Positive Learning.
We Are Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong commitment to promoting British Values within the curriculum and school environment.
Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively, ensuring every student is engaged.
