As a General Supply Teacher, you will be the face of our service, ensuring that learning continues seamlessly when permanent staff are absent.
- Effective Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-set work across various subjects to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Classroom Leadership: Maintain high standards of behaviour and foster a focused learning environment.
- Minimal Admin: Enjoy the freedom of teaching without the burden of planning, meetings, or marking.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- The ability to adapt quickly to different school policies and environments.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Availability to take morning calls for "on-the-day" bookings.
