About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll be a vital part of the classroom team, helping to create a positive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one or group support to pupils.
Managing disruptive behavior to keep students on task.
Assisting the teacher with lesson planning and classroom activities.
Ensuring the safeguarding of all children.
Requirements
Previous experience working with children.
A strong work ethic and flexible, adaptable approach.
The ability to build positive relationships with young people.
An enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to get one.
