We're looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- DSB on the update service.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm
- Has a proven track record of engaging and motivating learners
- Embraces a growth mindset and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5, if applicable).
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring every learner is supported to reach their potential.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management in line with school policies.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and wellbeing.
- Take part in departmental meetings, staff training, and school events as required.
- Uphold and promote the values and ethos of the school.
