We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable all-round groundworker to join our team on a major civils construction project in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to secure long-term work with a reputable company.
The ideal candidate will be a competent and experienced professional with a strong track record of working on civils sites. You must be proficient in a wide range of groundworks tasks, including:
Deep and Shallow Drainage: Installation, repair, and connection of all types of drainage systems.
Foundations: Preparing and laying foundations with precision.
Concreting: Formwork, pouring, and finishing concrete to a high standard.
Kerbing and Slabbing: Expert laying of kerbs, slabs, and edgings.
Ducting: Installing service ducts for utilities.
General Groundworks: All aspects of site preparation, excavation, and finishing works.
Essential Requirements:
Proven, extensive experience as an all-round groundworker on civils projects.
A valid CSCS card is essential.
Relevant CPCS or NPORS tickets (e.g., Dumper, Roller, Excavator) are highly desirable.
Commitment to health and safety regulations.
Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
