✅ Minimum 6 months' experience in the UK as a Mental Health Support Worker
✅ Previous experience within the NHS setting
✅ Full-time Right to Work in the UK
✅ DBS on the Update Service
✅ Mandatory Training Certificates (including PMVA or equivalent)
✅ Immunization Records (Hep B, MMR, BCG.)
✅ Flexibility to work across varied shifts (days/nights/weekends)
