- Strategic Mentorship: Serve as a Lead Mentor for "at-risk" students, designing bespoke confidence-building frameworks and resilience workshops.
- Pedagogical Collaboration: Work as a consultant to Subject Leads, identifying gaps in student understanding and co-developing differentiated resources for inclusive learning.
- Professional Development: Gain exposure to senior leadership meetings, data tracking (attainment mapping), and specialised SEND strategies.
Targeted Interventions
Designing and leading 1:1 and small-group "Mastery" sessions for Pupil Premium and High-Prior-Attainers.
SEND Advocacy
Managing complex EHCP requirements and implementing Adaptive Teaching strategies to ensure total curriculum accessibility.
Behavioral Leadership
Utilising de-escalation techniques and restorative justice practices to maintain a high-standard learning environment.
Exam Access Leadership
Overseeing scribe/reader requirements and coaching students on time management and exam technique.
