Your Role & Impact:
- Classroom Leadership: Lead lessons across various subjects, ensuring students stay engaged and on-task.
- Seamless Continuity: Follow the set curriculum and lesson plans to provide a stable learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Positive Environment: Implement school behaviour policies effectively to foster a respectful and productive atmosphere.
- Local Contribution: Support the Braintree school network, helping local students achieve their best every day.
Who You Are:
- Knowledgeable: You have a solid understanding of the National Curriculum or experience leading groups of young people.
- Flexible: You enjoy the "fresh start" that comes with working in different schools and can adapt quickly to new settings.
- Qualified/Experienced: While QTS is a bonus, we welcome applications from experienced Instructors, Cover Supervisors, and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs).
- Ready to Work: You must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process a new one through Randstad.
