• Background: We welcome applications from experienced teachers, HLTAs, Cover Supervisors, or those with a background in coaching/youth work.
• Personality: You should be approachable, resilient, and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability: Schools in the Thorrington area rely on our staff to be punctual and professional ambassadors for Randstad.
• Safeguarding: An enhanced DBS on the update service is required (we can assist with a new application if necessary).
