What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience teaching or leading groups (e.g., as an Instructor, Cover Supervisor, or Sports Coach) is highly desirable.
- Adaptability: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to hit the ground running in new environments.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with students and colleagues.
- Reliability: A commitment to supporting the Great Dunmow educational community.
