You'll be part of a collaborative team of around 700 professionals, working in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment - where development and internal progression are truly valued.
As a 1st Line IT Support Analyst, you'll provide hands-on technical support to users across the plant - troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile, and network-related issues. You'll manage a high volume of tickets, resolving what you can, escalating when needed, and keeping users informed every step of the way.
This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for IT and technology within a manufacturing environment, who thrives on solving problems and helping others.
Support and maintain PCs, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage ticket resolution
Install and configure approved software and hardware
Manage IT asset inventory and carry out regular audits
Support collaboration tools and meeting room technology
Assist with IT relocations and equipment assignments
Contribute to process improvements and support production IT initiatives
Essential:
HNC in an IT-related subject (HND or degree preferred)
Solid working knowledge of IT hardware and software systems
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
Actively working toward HND or degree (if currently HNC level)
Experience or interest in Manufacturing IT / Data Analysis
Ability to work independently, flexibly, and under pressure
