Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and well-differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and academic achievement.
• Conduct continuous assessment of pupils' progress, recording observations and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Manage a classroom effectively, utilizing varied teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants (TAs), colleagues, and the wider school community to support the well-being and progress of all pupils.
• Contribute to the development of the KS1 curriculum and participate in school improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with parents regarding their child's development and school activities.
