The Role: Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and deliver highly effective and engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all pupils within the Key Stage 2 framework.
• Establish a safe, stimulating, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to excellent learning and high standards of behaviour.
• Accurately assess, monitor, record, and report on pupil progress, using data effectively to inform future planning and intervention strategies.
• Lead statutory assessments (e.g., SATs preparation) and ensure pupils are fully supported to achieve their best outcomes.
• Actively engage with parents and carers through regular communication and meetings to support pupils' learning journey.
• Contribute to whole-school improvement initiatives and participate enthusiastically in regular staff meetings and training.
• Undertake the professional duties of a primary school teacher, adhering strictly to the school's policies on safeguarding and well-being.

What We're Looking For in You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and successful Key Stage 2 teaching experience are mandatory.
• A proven ability to deliver consistently outstanding, creative, and purposeful lessons.
