The Role: Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher
As a Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher, you will be instrumental in guiding pupils through the critical years of their primary education. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, engaging, and challenging lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning needs, fostering a love for lifelong learning.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum (Years 3-6).
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils, ensuring target setting is ambitious and achievable.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that is conducive to high standards of behavior and learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including leading or supporting extracurricular activities.
- Implement school policies and procedures, particularly those relating to Safeguarding and Child Protection.
- Undertake continuous professional development (CPD) to enhance teaching practice and subject knowledge.
What We're Looking For
We are searching for an inspiring and dynamic educator who shares our vision and values.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential, with demonstrable experience teaching Key Stage 2.
- A proven track record of consistently 'Good' or 'Outstanding' teaching, leading to strong pupil progress.
- Excellent subject knowledge across the primary curriculum, with a particular strength in English or Mathematics being desirable.
- A highly effective classroom manager who can establish clear routines and build strong, positive relationships with pupils.
- Someone who is committed to inclusive practice and skilled in adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.
- A true team player who is flexible, proactive, and willing to contribute positively to the school community.
- Someone with a genuine passion for primary education and a desire to continuously improve their practice.
