- A minimum of 6 months of recent UK experience in supporting service users with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.
- A valid Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorships).
- An Enhanced child and adult DBS registered on the update service.
- A valid CSTF Mandatory Practical Training Certificate (completed within the last 12 months).
- Employment references covering the last 3 years.

Support Worker - Carlisle
Client: Walsingham Support
Role Summary: You will be supporting an adult male with learning disabilities on a 2:1 basis, helping him live as independently as possible at home and in the community. This role requires the ability to assist with de-escalation when he is feeling frightened.
Shift Pattern: 08:00 - 20:00 day shift, followed by a sleep-in, and then a 07:00 - 10:30 shift.
