Pay Rate: £13.68 - £14.00 per hour (PAYE)
What you'll be doing:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of the school community, working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Your duties will include:
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or additional learning needs.
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery, preparing materials, and managing the classroom.
- Helping students to stay motivated and engaged in lessons and activities.
- Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Encouraging students to develop independence and confidence in their abilities.
- Helping to manage student behaviour in a positive and constructive way.
- Supporting students during social activities and school trips.
