The Role
We are seeking a specialist who can deliver high-impact Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will join a department that prides itself on innovative teaching methods, moving beyond rote learning to help students understand the real-world applications of Maths.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Excellence: Deliver engaging lessons covering Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, and Number work.
- GCSE Preparation: Support Year 11 students through targeted interventions and exam technique workshops to ensure maximum attainment.
- Inclusive Teaching: Differentiate resources to support lower-ability sets while stretching and challenging high-achievers.
- Data-Driven Progress: Use regular assessments to track student growth and bridge learning gaps.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS.
- A degree in Mathematics or a highly numerical subject.
- Proven experience teaching the UK National Curriculum at the Secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
