The Position: Secondary Maths Teacher
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly skilled Maths Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3), Key Stage 4 (GCSE), and potentially Key Stage 5 (A-Level), depending on experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver challenging and well-structured lessons that cater to a range of abilities, promoting numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students, providing timely and effective feedback.
- Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work, teaching resources, and assessment materials.
- Maintain high standards of behavior and a purposeful working atmosphere within the classroom.
- Participate fully in the school's pastoral care system and extra-curricular Maths initiatives (e.g., Maths clubs, competitions).
- Engage in professional development and contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the department and the school.
Candidate Profile: What We're Looking For
We are searching for a passionate educator who can inspire a genuine love for mathematics and critical thinking in our students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a relevant degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to teach Mathematics successfully across the secondary age range (KS3 and KS4 is essential).
- Demonstrable track record of raising student attainment and maximising potential.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to modern pedagogical practices in Maths.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
