Advanced Diagnostics: Execute complex fault-finding using specialised tools and intricate engineering schematics.
Systems Validation: Lead the testing of high-spec fleet trains to ensure peak performance.
Collaborative Engineering: Partner with Lead Technicians to investigate systemic failures and provide technical feedback that shapes future reliability.
What You Bring
Technical Foundation: NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (Minimum).
Diagnostic Prowess: Proven experience in fault-finding or validation within high-stakes environments (Aviation, Automotive, or Renewables experience is highly valued if not from Rail).
Blueprints: Expert-level ability to interpret complex mechanical and electrical drawings.
