Requirements
- Registration with a relevant professional body (BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA)
- Experience providing mental health support to students or young adults
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust
- Experience developing and implementing support plans
- Commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours
Qualification/Education
Bachelor's degree (advantageous)
Experience
Proven experience in providing mental health support to students or young adults.
Skills
Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships.
