Rate: £24.11 per hour (CIS)
Rota: 11 days on, 3 days off

The Role:
We are seeking reliable, experienced Multi-Skilled Operatives for an immediate start on a complex, long-term heavy civil engineering project based on the Isle of Skye. This infrastructure scheme is essential and requires dedicated professionals comfortable with a structured rotation schedule.
This role is ideal for operatives looking for stable work, high earning potential, and a complete accommodation package provided by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must be competent and flexible across core groundwork and civils tasks:
Groundworks: Deep drainage, utility trenching, kerbing, and final finishing works.
Plant Operation: Competency in operating 360 Excavators (above 10t) and/or Large Dumpers (ADT) is highly advantageous.
Formwork & Concrete: Assisting and performing FRC (Formwork, Rebar, Concrete) tasks for foundations, retaining walls, and abutments.
General Site Duties: Ensuring all materials are moved efficiently, maintaining safe site conditions, and supporting the engineering team.
Requirements:
Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket (with relevant categories for plant operation).
Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skill Card preferred).
Proven experience working on large-scale heavy civils or infrastructure projects (highways, marine, energy).
Must be able to commit to the 11-on, 3-off rotation starting in February.
Accommodation: Fully paid accommodation is provided for the 11-day rotation period.
