• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)

• A genuine passion for working with children

• Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• Supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities

• Assisting with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and rest

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

• Working closely with other staff and parents to support each child's individual needs

• Promoting positive behaviour and social interactions

• Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are always followed
